All our stickers and decals are made using premium vinyl selections, printed with state-of-the-art UV printing technology. Our products are proudly made in Australia.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All our stickers are 100% waterproof and UV resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
How long will my stickers last?
With proper application, our stickers are designed to be long-lasting and durable. Please note that durability cannot be guaranteed if the sticker is not applied to a smooth, flat surface free from dirt and debris.
How do I apply my stickers correctly?
For best results: clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry completely, ensure the surface is smooth and flat, peel the backing slowly and apply the sticker from one edge, smooth out any air bubbles as you go. Cut vinyl decals come with transfer tape included to make application easy.
Can I customise my stickers?
Absolutely! All our products are fully customisable. Simply upload your own design or artwork when placing your order.
What file types do you accept?
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading your artwork in one of the following formats:
- PDF — preferred for print-ready files
- AI — Adobe Illustrator files
- EPS — vector format for sharp, scalable designs
- PNG — high resolution (300 DPI or above) with transparent background preferred
- SVG — scalable vector graphics
Please ensure your file is at least 300 DPI for raster images to avoid pixelation in the final print. If you're unsure about your file, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What if my print file is a different size?
All stickers will be scaled to your desired size.
Major differences between file size and print size may result in undesired resolution changes.
What if my design is a different shape to the shape I selected?
If the uploaded file is a different shape to the product shape selected, the cut lines added to the design may either cut through areas or your design or leave blank spaces on your sticker. It is important to select the correct product before checkout, as this issue may not be caught before production.
What is Bleed?
Bleed is the allocation of extra space beyond your final print size, often the same colour as the background to ensure a solid colour across the entire sticker.
By default, we will add a margin beyond your print file if the "Bleed Added" checkbox is not ticked, which will result in a 3mm blank border around your image.
If you have included a bleed in your print file, please ensure you check the "Bleed Added" checkbox when uploading your file.
